Information: Your half day (4 hour) boat trip includes dolphin watch, snorkeling, shelling and
the beach at Egmont Key.
On the trip to Egmont Key we will be searching for, and
encouraging the bottlenose dolphins. They love the deep wake our
boats make and surf, jump & play so close you can almost touch
them. The dolphins are just as curious about you, as you are
about the dolphins.
Egmont Key offers
opportunities for snorkeling in clear water near the ruins of Fort
Dade. You will also see the famous Egmont Key Lighthouse,
built in 1858, and explore the remains of the small town that
housed Army personnel, who protected Tampa Bay from the Spanish
battleships. Egmont Key offers quiet white sand beaches, and
the best shell collecting in our area... sharks teeth, sand
dollars and starfish are often found and collected by our boat
We are family
friendly and welcome children of all ages. Our Coast Guard
Certified Captains, their crew and the boat stays at the island
beach area during your stay on Egmont Key. A bathroom is
available on the boat.
